Dear Friends and Family: I am participating in the Childrens Hospital of Orange County Walk in the Park, presented by the Disneyland Resort, Sunday, August 27, 2017. As most of you know, ten years ago our son, Husein, spent six weeks at CHOC. My son was very ill, however the team at CHOC worked their magic so that he could overcome his illness and come home to his family. Husein spent three precious months with his family before he was admitted to CHOC again, where he later left us for heaven. My family and I cannot thank the team at CHOC enough for all they did for Husein. Even though he is no longer with us, they gave Husein the opportunity to spend three months at home with his grandparents, siblings, uncle and parents. I am particpating in CHOC Walk 2017 as my way of thanking the team at CHOC for everything they did for Husein. Please join me in my efforts to raise $2500.00 to support the care, services, education and research that CHOC Children’s provides children in our community.
