Team Isabella Supporters, We are excited that you want to participate with us, for the 2017 CHOC Walk in the Park at the Disneyland Resort on Sunday August 27th, and help in our efforts to raise funds for Children's Hospital! This will be Team Isabella's 10th year walking in the park, honoring our sweet angel! She unfortunately lost her battle to Leukemia March 3,2009. Just few weeks shy of her 3rd Birthday. She was the most courageous and beautiful little girl, wiser beyond her years. Who touched and loved so many... We are forever grateful to have had such a special angel here on earth! We know she'd want nothing more then for us to keep her legacy alive, by helping other children and families who are getting care and treatment at the children's hospitals... We live to make her proud! The proceeds from the fundraising make an immediate impact on families going through the most challenging time in their lives. CHOC provides the highest level of care not only to patients, but to the siblings, parents, and extended family that make up their critical support teams. We truly experienced this first hand as she fought for 2 years, Isabella endured so much with months of stay at a time in the the hospital... and CHOC's staff truly was amazing through it all!
