Hi #TeamNoah, I am so excited to be participating in the 2017 CHOC Walk in the Park at Disneyland on August 27th in honor of our son Noah and all of his friends that have fought and still fighting big battles. As you are aware, CHOC has played a major role in keeping Noah alive and thriving. Noah is just one of millions of children that CHOC has provided lifesaving care to. We can all agree that every child deserves the chance to have a brighter future. With your help, you will be helping to make an immediate impact on children and their families going through the most challenging time in their lives.
