Hello, my name is JC Lagarde, I am a senior at Rancho Cucamonga High School. I would love to be able to participate in the CHOC Walk, a fundraiser for the Children's Hospital of Orange County. The CHOC Walk is a community service event that I want to be a part of because all of the funds raised goes towards helping kids suffering from various illnesses like cancer and genetic disorders. Any amount, big or small, is greatly appreciated. The cost of participation is $85 and any donations towards this fee would help tremendously. Thank you! :)
