Jaxson is so excited to be participating in the 2017 CHOC Walk in the Park at the Disneyland Resort on August 27th to raise funds for CHOC Children's Hospital! He will be representing Mommy's community, Avana, along with Mommy and Daddy. Jaxson has always loved to donate. Since he was one he’s played games at Disneyland’s Paradise Pier to win prizes, all the prizes he wins gets donated to the Children’s Hospitals. The fundraising efforts of the CHOC Walk make an immediate impact on families going through the most challenging time in their lives. CHOC provides the highest level of care not only to patients, but to the siblings, parents, and extended family that make up their critical support teams. As a parent, I cannot imagine what the children, parents and family go through during such a difficult time. Please help Jaxson for the benefit of the children and families of Southern California.
