The DAPs Magic Crew is set to participate in the 2017 CHOC Walk in the Park at the Disneyland Resort on August 27th to raise funds for CHOC Children's Hospital! From growing up in a small town in California, I know the power of good fundraising. I can't tell you how many times my mother leveraged my little-kid cuteness to sell candy bars or some such. It worked. Now, I may not be *quite* as adorable these days, but I'm willing to bet that those same kindhearted people in my social networks will still be willing to rise to the occasion of doing something good. The fundraising efforts of the CHOC Walk make an immediate impact on families going through the most challenging time in their lives. CHOC provides the highest level of care not only to patients, but to the siblings, parents, and extended family that make up their critical support teams. As a SoCal local and former Cast Member at Disneyland, I've seen the good work CHOC does in my community firsthand. It's an honor to support their efforts. To up the stakes of this good, good cause, I have agreed to shave off my beard entirely if I personally hit 5k.
