I am so excited to be participating in the 2017 CHOC Walk in the Park at the Disneyland Resort on August 27th to raise funds for CHOC Children's Hospital! This is sweet and sassy Sami! She has been fighting for her life since she was born with Mitochondria disease. Most of Sami's organs are not working and she fights every day to keep going. Sami is full of hope and needs your help to raise $10,000. We are very hopeful to raise money and keep Sami going.
