I am so excited to be participating in the 2017 CHOC Walk in the Park at the Disneyland Resort on August 27th to raise funds for CHOC Children's Hospital! With the help of my coworkers from Corona Regional Medical Center, as well as my friends and family, we will help kids in need. The fundraising efforts of the CHOC Walk make an immediate impact on families going through the most challenging time in their lives. CHOC provides the highest level of care not only to patients, but to the siblings, parents, and extended family that make up their critical support teams. My last reason for doing this is to start my daughter on giving back to the community, and helping others. When shes older, if she ever asks when her first time at Disney was, I want to say it was when we were doing something great for others in need.
